Check-in was super fast and the front desk was able to accommodate my request for a ground floor room. The room had updated flooring and finishes. The breakfast was wonderful (waffles, eggs, sausage, tater tots, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc). Staff was super friendly and kind. Plenty of parking even though the hotel seemed fairly full.

The room was a two bedroom, perfect for my family size, the best part was the breakfast! The lady there was so cheerful that made the entire hotel breakfast. It was homemade and you get the entire hot breakfast unlike any other hotel. The waffles were amazing ! The entire staff was super family oriented and down to earth and I had a long conversation with the manager at the end checking out and she was the sweetest! Great vibes great hotel and comfy beds and pillows. Great view from top floor. I will definitely be back

I have stayed here multiple times in recent years and have always had a good experience. Very friendly staff at the front office. Room has always been very clean and pretty comfortable, even for a picky light sleeper like me. The pool/spa is a nice touch for an evening relaxation after a long day of exploring nature in one of my favorite getaway spots. LOVE Monterey - and I really like this location for walkability to dining, the aquarium, etc. Granted, I love walking for miles, so your opinion on walkability may differ from mine. They were gracious enough to let me park all day on after check out, as well as part day before I checked in. Extremely handy for coast exploration, aquarium, and eating and drinking out.

Breakfast was great. Heated pool was so nice especially in this area where it gets a little chilly we were still able to have a great time.

I have had such a horrible experience in the past with lots of hotels in Monterey. But this one went over my expectations. 1. Let me start by saying the cleanest room I seen in a long time. 2. The Staff omg... The Staff, Excellent!! Managers I'm so bad in names but there's 2 Hispanic Ladies that run the front desk. What a service!! I was really Impressed!! The area itself is awesome close to everything. We stayed 2 nights. Pool area and hot tub is clean small but nice. Full breakfast very well organized the cafeteria is small but you can also seat outside very nice setting. I would recommend this place anytime!! I HAVE THIS PLACE MARKED IN MY PHONE, WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN SOON!!

The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and with excellent service. The breakfast was so good! I loved the coffee and the wide selection of foods. The breakfast was also kept well stocked, and was cleaned and refilled very often. The location was great, just a short drive to Fisherman's Wharf. This is my go-to hotel for all Monterey visits, and will be the first place I recommend when asked where to stay!

We had a very spacious room for our family of 5. Everything was clean and great for a one night stay. It was also close to alot of food options. Breakfast was simple but good. We would absolutely stay here again.

The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. The room was a good size and was quiet. The shower was a bit tricky to get the hot water through, but the staff member came and checked it out and explain the intricacies of how to get it to work properly. The breakfast had a good variety. Location was good and not too far from the main attractions.
